Yeah, and that's not new. It hasn't been the easiest to immigrate from the US to any other country. That's been like that for years. Most are going to want you to have a job already confirmed, housing secured, and be able to speak the native language well enough to eventually take their citizenship test in that language. If you're married to one of their citizens or have an internationally recognized claim for asylum it gets a little easier.

My favorite part is how this appears to be capturing the exact microsecond before a horrible collision. You can see the dashboard of the car the "camera" is in at the bottom. I'd blame it on the sign blocking the other driver's view, but there doesn't appear to BE a driver.

I’m normally quite sceptical but I wouldn’t say definitely here. The side mirrors are folded. The sign in the distance seems plausible. Could it be that this car is on the back of a recovery vehicle? And the image is being taken looking through the rear window? Which would explain why it’s so close and seemingly nobody driving it?
