It tends to be more of a problem with AMD users, because AMD tends to be shitty with driver updates, but even then, not a super big deal.

There's still a limit to the resolution in the game's texture packs. It's not like CSI where you can make more resolution out of nowhere.

Nah, 4k is almost enough. At 28" I can still see aliasing with AA off. Once you no longer need AA, then it's enough; 8k should deliver.
