A snip from our WIP Game Design for the new sewer dungeon level. It was surprisingly difficult to add editor real-time visual debugging to show how the NPCs 'detect' players near them! Don't want a player to walk into a room and every NPC in the dungeon wants to kill them... Or do we...

well, realistically, once you start fighting, everyone should hear the noise. and those then make more noise.
