1. Hello guys and gals, if you have followed my game dev journey you probably know that I've been working on a silly narrative game for the past 19 months. Today is a special moment that I wanted to share with this awesome community and give some progress updates. So what is this big milestone? Well finally I have managed to export a playable build of the game with ALL levels completed that can be played from start to finish. So far I've just been playtesting the game in the Engine Editor or have exported individual levels. This is the moment where it all comes together!

2. I'm pretty happy with the game size. I think that 5,5 GB is fine considering the amount of space most modern games require. I checked similar titles and most are between 4 GB and 12 GB, so I am well within the expected range. Fun fact: the project size is actually 60 GB, but there are a lot old stuff from previous versions, unused audio and textures and so on.
3. Here is a never before seen segment of the game that I think turned out quite nice (Sound ON)

4. And here are some new screenshots of stuff I've added recently that I want to share. This is an in-universe book that you can find. I really like how in games like Skyrim you can find and read random books. I've tried to do something similar because I like these little details and I'm obsessing over them. I want the game to be filled to the brim with little secrets, Easter eggs, nods, hidden texts. I think players get a lot of enjoyment out of discovering them as I did when I played games that I love.

5. Here is another fun little lore detail. I was wondering how will the facility that you are in is powered and I added this somewhat plausible explanation: The Cat-Toast-Infinite-Power-Core-Reactor. It can be found if you look hard enough.
Clean energy for everyone!
P.S. Don't worry the cat is let out from time to time and fed some of the toast.

6. There is a segment of the game where The Dev asks you to play some of his old (in-universe) games and this one was made during the PS1 era, so I figured out a way to make it look like that. I'm really loving the PS1 aesthetic and I might consider making a game at some future point that is just with these graphics.

7. The portal machines that take you to other universes. Originally when the scope of the game was much smaller I was thinking that other universes will be unseen and left to the imagination of the player. However I decided to expand the game and make actual parallel universes that you can travel to and each of them is a whole other adventure that the player has to navigate. For example there is universe that is all in a foreign language and the player has to figured out a way to escape it. There is another where you are an office worker and work for the Button and so on.

8. Very proud of this too... there is a secret room where you can watch old movie reels with the latest news from other universes. I had to animate a whole short film for this, because I want the player to be able to actually watch the real.

9. There is also a section where you will actually be able to go outside. I won't spoil why, but I just really like how this scene turned out visually.

10. And finally I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to the Imgur community, to the admins who wished me luck with the game and everyone else who is somehow involved! I've gotten a lot of support, positive feedback, comments, criticism on what to improve and many more! Here is some fan art that I adore by a lovely streamer called Chaossum.
P.S. Of course I have a lot of work to do, this first playable version will not be uploaded anywhere because I want to playtest to death, polish, add some more stuff, playtest and polish again, but I think it's important to record your little victories so I can turn back at some point in future and be able to remember all of them. :) If you made it this far - thank you for reading all of this : )

Oh I forgot the new menu scene. Do you like it?

We need an Alpha. After all, it's nearly christmas and we could do with a present. We are worthy.
TheseusGames
You definitely are worthy, it's just that the game is still not ready and I'm working daily to change that : ) Thank you for being so kind
