Yeah it almost sees Ekko inspired. Ekko can rewind, I think it's 4 seconds. Where as it looks like this person can time freeze for a similarly show window. I also like that it seems like unlike Flash or other speedsters, he can't interact with objects during his ability. Like he doesn't punch the guy or grab the axe while in the freeze mode, it positions himself then returns to normal space.
