As a Peruvian I'm proud of the Japanese (nikkei) and Chinese (chifa) fusion in our cuisine. Visiting Japan was a full circle moment for me (and I also had some of the best Peruvian in Tokyo)

Unless I have at least 3 genuine / memorable interactions with you, yeah I'll remember your face, but your name is of no interest to me (nor do I remember)
Forbidden pesto
I mostly cook, but I enjoy going out to eat. On the rare occasion I don't want to cook and stay in, I still would never consider ordering delivery. I'd rather show up to a spot and pick up food rather than pay a delivery fee plus tip. And this way I know I'm getting *my* food without it being part of a big delivery trip where it could end up delivered cold. Hell no, this never made sense to me.

As someone who still has jump off a plane on my bucket list, but refuses to bungee, this might be the only way I try it out. Like, I hate [outdoor] drop coasters, but I love the Hollywood Studios Tower of Terror. So maybe same concept (darkness) applies for bungee. If I die, I die I guess lol.
I recently saw a video of Aurora performing with Atarashii Gakko and it warmed my heart
Honestly, still gives me nightmares
When one decides to snooze their brain when dealing with heat / fire
I've been wanting to build something similar for my niece (a tree bookshelf), but I don't know the first thing of treating tree parts so that they're clear of bugs / safe for indoor use near a toddler
Always respect people who maintain their pup's teeth healthy

I know they're @siegfriedundjoy on IG
The little girl running away, tripping, but commiting to hiding it still my favorite
Home Alone
It was making me think 'AI' and I noticed the suit doesn't match
As I've come to learn there are [way too many] people who believe they're typing what they're thinking without checking their message before sending and so somehow believe autocorrect will improve on their errors by STILL NOT CHECKING THEIR MESSAGE BEFORE SENDING. I'm too anxious to just type and send. Definitely have to review before sending / submitting
This made me think of Hundreds of Beavers, so whoever's curious it's on Prime
My understanding is there are warning signs that horse can nip/bite if you get too close, but if you ask nicely and are given permission then it's up to the guard (and ultimately the horse). And animals are good readers of kind souls
The ONLY Skibidi [that matters]
Went to Qatar for the first time last year and it's the one international airport where I've seen the most outrageous amount of luggage / packages. Having family in South America I've grown up having to lug around an extra (ONE extra) large suitcase with things for the family, which then would be used to bring back snacks and all the goodies not available in the States. Outside of this scenario, I prefer to travel without checking bags, so Qatar really blew my mind.
I've never understood this, but just consistently shows me people's ignorance. I respond with "I'm for the U.S." or "from the States" cause how self absorbed does a country have to be to take the name of an entire continent(s) ... oh wait.
So I've reached a point where I no longer care (as much) and it's been so freeing that I can feel at peace with myself. Like, humanity inevitably sucks, but knowing that's a fact and it's up to me how I handle that, I keep choosing joy cause we only have one shot at this thing. I hope the same for you.
Might've been more impactful for me if we weren't shown the 'monster' just more of everyone's [facial] reactions from seeing her and maybe just emphasis on the sounds the creature created, cause I know the mind can come up with some effed up stuff when imagining an unknown. But that's why I'm more of a suspense / thriller girlie cause I enjoy the mystery of it all. As for Dennis' character, have no clue how, but him somehow ending up with 'the substance' and suffering from it would've satisfied
Is this NOT the way to dance to metal??
I have, but it made me realize body-horror is *not* a genre I appreciate lol. The message of the film essentially was ruined / overpowered by the ending (and other bits throughout the film), for me. But I'm glad others can appreciate it!
Not a film, but Parks and Rec is a personal favorite series whenever I'm feeling down
Just out of curiosity, which videos were these? ... *goes make some popcorn*
My level of perfectionism and pressure back in high school did lead me to my darkest depression hole. I was fortunate to get professional help and have a great support system.
