By 1993 I was driving with McRae Motorsport, a Scottish outfit run by 5 time UK Rally Champion Jimmy McRae. His son, Colin McRae, was my friend, mechanic and when he had time, instructor. A World Champion and thoroughly decent chap who showed me more patience than I deserved.
