Devil's advocate incarnate.

#7 It's like someone thought "oh boy, let's combine potato salad, egg salad, and tuna salad, it's the greatest idea ever how has no one thought of it? ... how do you many any of those?"

Not the 230V charge, because that's not a deadly voltage. But it might be enough to make him drop the blades on his head.

I did like the cafes yeah, they're pretty chill. I definitely didn't go to any high class luxury places! I try to live the life of a typical person when I travel. I find it much more fulfilling than going wild with spending.

But you are assuming OP wants those things, they could be voluntarily celibate.

Most of the US is uninhabited or sparsely inhabited. And the Rocky Mountains, Appalachian Mountains, and Grand Canyon are serious obstacles. I can be done but it is very expensive. I want it to happen to be clear, I just have doubts it will. The government needs to back it because it will run at a loss. This administration, no chance, not in the slightest. Not unless they can be convinced it will make them money.

It would have to be the government to back it if it's not going to be profitable, a company won't intentionally make a loss. Either the government comissions and runs it or pays companies to do so. Certainly isn't happening in the next 4 years.

Wow, the rail network is only in the orange areas. Fills out all of the orange really.

I was unable to find any that were like that on my journey across Europe. I rarely spent time in tourist places, even.

Lol, I posted the following line and imgur removed it.

Yeah man, American diners just have this superb atmosphere for a chill, unassuming meal. You're not expected to dress up, to spend a lot of money, or to be prim and proper, you can just be yourself in your normal everyday clothes, and get a solid breakfast any weird way you want it for a reasonable price. Waffle House is especially good at breakfast.
