A campaign is a series of operations and/or battles with a certain goal in mind. The chesapeak campaign included the attack on washington. Go read a wikipedia article or some shit, proud ignorance is a bad look
So what was the prder of battle for the chesapeake bay campaign, then?Screennames can be pretty much whatever you want, you know.
You know that you can just admot that you were wrong, yeah?
I don't know what kinda history you learned in school, but the curriculum in Ontario taught us that the militia (read: irregular troops raised from the settlers) wasn't deployed outside of the various colonies, and that the attack on Washington was carried out by the Royal Navy and British Army.
Nope
Much as I love the meme, we didn't burn down dc, that was the British army. The colonial troops and irregulars weren't involved.
Nah man, helicopter flight hours are *mad* expensive. They'd probably just use a drone.
Yeah, lotta people never seem to make the connection/have never been told that "patriarchy" is "rule by *fathers*", not "rule by *men*". And father in this here term doesn't mean you have kids.
I think part of the issue is that men who behave like this don't do so from the very get go of a relationship, so it can be somewhat difficult to do the avoidance thing. Probably one of the best things you can do is foster a strong group of friends/family, as abuse almost always relies upon isolating the victim from other people. Otherwise it's hard to carry out.
A lawyer is souless?
Reducing a sport to a single aspect is, well, reductive. Both require impressive athleticism, cheerleading just so happens to display it in a much more flamboyant fashion.
Not 8, just 5 or 6. Also, probably more like 6-8 kids. 10 kids would be quite rough, both on the mother because that would mean she's basically always either pregnant or breastfeeding, and on the broader community because that many kids would put a lot of pressure on the resources available.
Proper scholarly training in history involves both a general skillset that you'll really develop in your graduate studies (e.g. how to research, critical reading), and subject specific skills that you'll develope from grad through doctoral and postgrad (e.g. fluency in the relevant languages, familiarization with the culture, technical terminology, and more). Being a proper historian is very demanding... and not really in demand, sadly
Which is really quite silly because by that time it was widely known to be round, and had been for almost 2000 years.
If modern currency & economic systems weren't inherently inflationary then a minimum wage wouldn't be necessary. The divorce between economic output and avg wages demonstrates the need for a minimum wage, as w/o companies *will* pay less, and UBI won't pick up the slack and instead introduce a price floor every seller is incentivized to take as big a piece of as possible, and collectively will take more than 100% of it... because people can just get a job w/starvation wages.
Generative AI has made no money. No company is actually profitable from it, and most are spending around 4-10 dollars for every dollar of revenue. Nvidia is the only company profiting from llms.
Progress* isn't linear though, it's exponential!*defined as how many billions of dollars the big seven are burning per year
During WW2 pretty much all resistance movements were socialist or communist. Poland is the standout exception, of course. Even liberals were never particularly strongly against fascism, the war was a result of fascists attacking other nations over and over.
You know cops are, like, dictionary definition if laziness, yeah?
Yeah
Nah, AI bubble is the big one. Practically the while stock market is buoyed by Nvidia (and to a lesser extend Meta, Amazon, Mivrosoft, Oracle, etc), and if/when the AI bubble pops Nvidia is going to go into freefall... because buying graphics chips for ai datacentres is, like, 15% of the US economy or some bullshit like that.
Why? Do they carry diseases, or are they psrticularly bad for rhe environment, or what?
Terrified is a bit of an exaggeration, the audience (and many authors) is/are generally immature (both literally and socially). Dunno what other words you're referring to. Solution would be constructing a story with actual reasons for characters to meet and stay in contact, and developing the characterizations through the relationships. A story w/slavery isn't necessarily bad, but how it's often used is.
As a technology/methodology, yes, however colloquially deepfake is just used as a term for video doctored or otherwise shot/produced to the same effect.
#10 good riddance
What the fuck? That is the most bizarre shit I've ever heard
Nah, that's just joanne being an idiot who wrote herself into a corner with a plotline she didn't want to actually wrap up. With shitty self insert LN power fantasy fics it's more about the collision of creative bankruptcy and the need to provide "safe" "companions" and romantic interests that can appeal to a readership that is terrified of other people's agency.
While you're right about a lot of it (I'd argue pretty much all of it) doesn't necessarily involve sex itself per se, whatever play is involved is functionally set dressing for sex itself - a very elaborate and drawn out foreplay (and aftercare), even if a given scene/play doesn't involve any sexual touching. It's all about the eroticism/building of tensions.
Serious question, would a seatbelt do more harm than good for a dog large enough to 'wear' one? I would figure that the different body structure would require a different design in order to not cause crippling or fatal injury in the event of a collision.
Lmao you are so blatantly arguing in bad faith. "Are the people who are responsible for ensuring the military performing a genocide is supplied and able to do so also guilty of performing genocide? Also they're children and they hate having to do it but if they desert they'll have to go to prison for at most a few months!"
